Our Permit Has Been Approved — On the Feast of St. Philomena!

Deo Gratias! We have wonderful news to share about the restoration of St. Catherine of Siena Chapel: our permit has officially been approved!

After months of planning, submitting our plans, waiting, and—most importantly—praying, we have finally received the approval needed to move forward with the next phase of our restoration.

And the timing could not have been more special.

A Gift on the Feast of St. Philomena

We received the good news on the Feast of St. Philomena, August 11.

Throughout this restoration, we have continually turned to Heaven for help. To receive this long-awaited news on the feast day of such a powerful intercessor is a beautiful reminder to continue placing this project in God's hands.

Thank you, St. Philomena, for your intercession!

We also want to thank every person who has been praying for this intention. We asked you to pray that the town would approve our plans—and those prayers have been answered.

Now it is time to pray for the next step!

We Need Your Prayers — Cement ASAP!

With the permit in hand, we are ready to move forward. Our next major step is the concrete work.

Our prayer now is that the cement contractor will be able to fit our project into his schedule as soon as possible. With winter approaching, getting this work started and completed before the cold weather arrives is extremely important.

We are asking everyone who has been following our restoration to please pray specifically:

  • That our cement contractor can begin ASAP.

  • That the weather will cooperate.

  • That there will be no unexpected delays or obstacles.

  • For the safety of everyone working on the project.

  • That Our Lord will continue to provide the funds necessary to complete the restoration.

We have seen once again what prayer can accomplish. Please keep praying!

Thank You for Helping Us Come This Far

This permit represents another major milestone, but there is still a tremendous amount of work ahead.

We could not have come this far without the prayers and generosity of our parishioners, friends, benefactors, and everyone who believes in preserving a home for the Traditional Latin Mass and the Catholic Faith for future generations.

Every prayer, donation, and person who shares our restoration project helps us move another step forward.
