Restoration Update: St. Catherine of Siena Chapel
We are grateful to share an important update on the restoration of St. Catherine of Siena’s Chapel here in Weston.
By the grace of God, we are continuing to move forward step by step.
Where We Are Now
Our architect has informed us that the completed set of drawings required to obtain the Building Permit will be ready by start of the week.
Once received, we will promptly submit the drawings along with the Building Permit Application to the Town of Weston Department of Buildings by end of next week, 2026.
Looking Ahead
We are prayerfully hopeful that the Building Inspector will review and approve the permit quickly. Our hope is to receive approval by Tuesday, May 5, 2026.
If all proceeds as planned, we anticipate beginning construction of the Sanctuary between Mid May, 2026.
A Moment for Prayer
As we take these important steps, we are reminded that this is not only a construction project—it is a spiritual work for our parish.
We humbly ask for your prayers:
For a smooth and timely approval process
For all those involved in the planning and construction
For the continued unity and faith of our parish community
Let us especially pray for donations and to move forward smoothly.
Moving Forward Together
Every stage of this restoration brings us closer to renewing a sacred space where we will gather, worship, and encounter Christ.
Thank you for your continued support, generosity, and prayers.
